公正利用の注意 / Copyright and Fair Use

著作権等 Copyright	1. 電子ジャーナル・データベース・電子書籍（以下、電子リソース）のウェブサイトと、その記事の著作権、その周辺の権利等は、それぞれの電子リソースの著作権等の所有者に属します。 2. 電子リソースの利用者は、利用にあたって各サービスの"Terms and Conditions"等に記された利用条件を遵守する義務があります。主なサービスのTerms and Conditions はデータベース詳細のページをご覧ください。 3. 海賊版サイト（Sci-Hubなど）からの違法な文献入手（ダウンロード）は行わないでください。 1. The copyright and related rights of each of the websites and their articles of electronic journals, databases and electronic books (hereinafter e-resources) belongs to copyright holder of each of the services. 2. Users of e-resources must follow the rules stated in "Terms and Conditions" of each of the services. 3. Do not illegally download acquiring academic papers from piracy websites (e.g. Sci-Hub).
公正な利用 Fair Use	1. 電子リソースの利用資格は、名古屋大学の教職員、学生等に限定されています。また、ID/Passwordで接続可能となる一部のサービスを除き、名古屋大学内の端末からの利用に限定されています。 2. 電子リソースの記事の利用は、閲覧・ファイルのダウンロード、プリントアウトのいずれでも、個人の調査・研究目的での利用の範囲内に限定されています。 3. 個人利用の範囲を超えた大量のデータのダウンロード、プリントアウトは契約により禁止されています。特にプログラム等を利用した機器の自動操作による意図的な大量のデータ収集は厳禁されています。手動であっても、無差別的な連続ダウンロードは大量とみなされる場合があります。 4. 個人が端末からダウンロードまたはプリントアウトした記事を、１人または多数の他者に複製配布したりすることは禁止されています。 5. 個人がダウンロードした記事を、著作権者の同意なしに他の形式や媒体に変換したり，内容の改変をして利用することは禁止されています。 6. 不適切な利用および利用条件に対する悪質な違反により、当該の電子リソースの全学からの利用が停止される場合があります。著作権法および各サービスの利用条件を厳格に遵守願います。 1. E-resources (excluding free/trial services) can be accessed only by persons affiliated with Nagoya University and from PCs connected to Nagoya University LAN. (Some services allow off-campus access with secure authentication.) 2. Users may view, download files and make single printed copies of individual articles for the purpose of personal study and research only. 3. Users are not permitted to download excessively or print out resources beyond the limits of personal use. Notably, automatic downloading using software is strictly prohibited. In some cases even manual continuous downloading can be viewed as massive downloading. 4. Transmitting any part of the materials by any means to any unauthorized user is prohibited. 5. Changing content, format or media of the resource without the written permission of the each of the copyright holders is prohibited. 6. In the case of inappropriate use, considered as a violation of the Terms and Conditions of an e-resource, the access to the service from entire campus of Nagoya University may be suspended by the provider. Please strictly comply with Copyright Law and Terms & Conditions.
＜注意＞ Webブラウザの先読み機能による、意図しない大量ダウンロード＜Warning＞ Large volume access using pre-read browser functions	電子ジャーナルや電子ブック、データベースを利用中に、Webブラウザの「リンク先読み機能」が使用されると、大量ダウンロードとみなされ、該当資料へのアクセスが大学全体で遮断されることがあります。意図せず不正利用とみなされる恐れがあるため、電子サービスをご利用の前にはWebブラウザの設定をご確認いただき、機能の停止にご協力ください。 ■各ブラウザの設定方法■ Microsoft Edge　　※Chromium版に先読み機能はありません。「設定」＞「Cookieとサイトのアクセス許可」＞「Cookieとサイトデータの管理と削除」を開く＞「ページをプリロードして閲覧と検索を高速化する」をオフ Google Chrome 「設定」＞「パフォーマンス」＞「速度」の項目の「ページをプリロードする」をオフ Firefox URL欄に「about:config」と入力してEnterキーを押す。「動作保証対象外になります！」という警告ページが表示された場合は、「危険性を承知の上で使用する」をクリック。「設定名を検索」欄に「network.prefetch-next」を入力して検索、ダブルクリックで「false」にする。 Safari (Mac) メニューバーの「Safari」＞「設定」を開く。「検索」タブの「バックグラウンドでトップヒットを事前に読み込む」のチェックを外す。 Safari (iOS) 「設定」＞「Safari」＞検索「トップヒットを事前に読み込む」をオフ。利用しているブラウザの手順がない場合、ブラウザ情報を確認して対応してください。 If the "pre-read" function of your web browser is used while using e-journals, e-books, or databases, it may be considered a mass download and the access to the service from entire campus of Nagoya University may be suspended by the provider. Webブラウザの先読み機能による、意図しない大量ダウンロード

電子ジャーナルや電子ブック、データベースを利用中に、Webブラウザの「リンク先読み機能」が使用されると、大量ダウンロードとみなされ、該当資料へのアクセスが大学全体で遮断されることがあります。意図せず不正利用とみなされる恐れがあるため、電子サービスをご利用の前にはWebブラウザの設定をご確認いただき、機能の停止にご協力ください。

■各ブラウザの設定方法■

Microsoft Edge　　※Chromium版に先読み機能はありません。: 「設定」＞「Cookieとサイトのアクセス許可」＞「Cookieとサイトデータの管理と削除」を開く＞「ページをプリロードして閲覧と検索を高速化する」をオフ
Google Chrome: 「設定」＞「パフォーマンス」＞「速度」の項目の「ページをプリロードする」をオフ
Firefox: URL欄に「about:config」と入力してEnterキーを押す。; 「動作保証対象外になります！」という警告ページが表示された場合は、「危険性を承知の上で使用する」をクリック。; 「設定名を検索」欄に「network.prefetch-next」を入力して検索、ダブルクリックで「false」にする。
Safari (Mac): メニューバーの「Safari」＞「設定」を開く。; 「検索」タブの「バックグラウンドでトップヒットを事前に読み込む」のチェックを外す。

If the "pre-read" function of your web browser is used while using e-journals, e-books, or databases, it may be considered a mass download and the access to the service from entire campus of Nagoya University may be suspended by the provider.
We request your cooperation in disabling these functions by making the below changes to your browser settings.

■How to set up each browser■
