Request for checking OPAC
Before visiting the Law Library, please search the materials you want to read via OPAC.

Entering
- Please bring your identification paper, which your address is described in and is issued by the official agency (ex. driving licence, health insurance card, alien registration card, passport and so on).
- Please fill out the form at the library counter.
- You cannot take your bags with you inside, please put them in a coin-operated locker at the entrance hall of the library. Coin will be returned after you finish using the locker.
- Please be quiet and do not eat or drink in the library.
Reading
- Books in Law Library are arranged by the call number and placed in the closed bookstacks 1 to 3. The materials without the call number are placed in Journal's Stack 1 and 2.
- The materials in Reading Room, Journal's Stack 1 and 2 are accessible to all users.
- The staff fetch the books placed in the closed bookstacks. Please fill out the request form and submit it to the staff
Materials in rare books room
- Please make an application to use in advance.
- It is not permitted to borrow and make a copy.
- Service hours are 9:30-12:00 and 13:00-16:30.
- It is displayed as "貴重書室" in the fourth of call number.
Microfilms, microfiches, audio-visual aids, electoric materials
- Please make an application to use in advance.
- It is not permitted to borrow and make a copy.
- Service hours are 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00.
Borrowing
- As a rule, Law Library materials are not allowed to be checked out by visitors. If necessary, please apply via your institution's library or the nearest public library.
Photocopying
- Copies can be made only in accordance with the Copyright Law.
- You can temporally bring it out. You need a Co-op copy card to use the copy machine.
- Please note that the materials temporally brought out from the library for this purpose should be returned in the same day.
