What is e-Journal Access Service?

Through the access service, you can search for e-Journals that are available to full text title (magazine name) in the following four ways. When you click the title name on the list, it will open the page of each e-Journal.

CAUTION! You cannot search by each article title and author name.

 


Four ways to access e-Journals

【Journal Title】

The first page to appear is here. You can enter the Journal Title in the search window or either click on the magazine title.

【Citation】

You can enter the Journal Title, ISSN, DOI, or PMID of the article that you are looking for.

【Category】

Select a category, you can further search from subcategories in it.

【Vendor】

In addition to a magazine name, you can search in ISSN and vendors.

Guide sheet

Guide sheet "Let's access to electronic journals" is summarized in A4 page. Printed version is available in the central reference counter.

 


In case you cannot find e-Journal that you are looking for

1. There is a possibility to read printed journals in the library. You can search by journal title on Nagoya University Library Search system (OPAC).

 

2. If you could not find e-Journals or printed ones within the university, depending on your status (faculty members, graduate students, undergraduate students, research students), the library can get a copy of necessary papers from other universities. Please, look at the application procedure in details about how to make a Web Request on <B> Copy & Loan (ILL).


Off-Campus Web Service

Nagoya University personnel (faculty, staff, graduate students, and research students) may use off-campus electronic journals with permission from the provider.
